A Twilight Parody
February 23rd, 2009 | Categories: Entertainment | 5 CommentsIn light of last night’s Oscar festivities, I thought it would be appropriate to share a light-hearted parody of a movie that will never, ever make it to the Academy Awards (at least, not in this universe!)
Alice shared this YouTube video recently of a parody of the movie Twilight. My opinion of the Twilight series and movie is for another post, but this parody is pretty spectacular. Not only is it hysterical, but the settings and costumes are spot-on, and from a distance, the actors who play the Twilight characters in the parody have quite the resemblance to the actual Twilight actors! I’m not usually one for parodies, but this is definitely worth watching, especially if you need a laugh. Plus, it’s only about eight minutes long (the last minute is for the credits).

Hi, I'm Manda. I'm a college student studying communications and languages. I like to read, shop, bake, and travel. I have a tendency to listen to my favorite songs on repeat for hours on end. Sometimes I catch myself thinking in a language other than English. 
That parody was incredibly well done! They really paid attention to the details. Plus, I loved the fact that it ended how the books should have.
Oh man, that’s good! Haha, I’m going to watch it again now =D That really made me laugh, and the actors and actresses really do like the real cast if you kind of squint =D

Honestly, some people have way too much time on their hands. =P
Fair play though, that was hilarious. The beginning I was like ‘woah, am I meant to be laughing?’ but then it got funny when they burst into song. =’] I love how the school was like, exactly the same, and all the details were just spot on. The kid playing Jacob actually looked like the kid playing Jacob. <3
I take it your opinion of Twilight is negative? xD
