This past Sunday, March 8, was February’s day for Every Hour on the Hour (EHOTH), a monthly event hosted/run by Vegetarian Option. Essentially, you take pictures every hour on the hour of your day to give a visual representation of what it is like a day in the life. Here are my EHOTH photos for March!

I made lunch plans with one of my best friends, so I need to get ready to go out. You can see my eyeliner, mascara, bracelet, eyeshadow, hairpins, and eye makeup remover.

The Pancake House! This is where my friend and I went to lunch.

I like to cross stitch, so I continue working on my latest project, which is a cross stitch of constellations, as well as the sun and moon.

It’s snack time, so I have some homemade strawberry shortcake.

My two dogs, Sophie and Lucy! I spend some time playing with them. I miss them loads when I’m away from home!

I work a little bit on a book idea that I have, figuring out the main characters and the backstories as well as some plot elements.

Dinnertime! Mmmm, home cooked food! I had roast chicken with veggies. Not pictured is tuna bake, rice, and soup.

Printing off job applications, as I want to get a job for this summer.

Reading some of Sarah Dessen’s book Just Listen. It’s very good, I highly recommend if it you’re looking for a good YA read!

Here’s my journal for Embodiment. I’ve kept up with Embodiment so far, and journaling is the last thing I do before I go to sleep.

I love this idea. It’s very similar to that other photo day project, of which I can’t remember the name to right now! I think Birgit ran it for awhile?
I love that new cross-stitch (and the other one too, the Paris one.) Where do you buy your patterns? I have a cross-stitch bumming around somewhere too. Sadly, I haven’t finished it! :(

We came up with the idea for EHOTH from My Average Day – I loved MAD, but it’s been defunct for a long time. I buy my cross stitching patterns at Michaels mainly. They’ve got some good stuff!

Aww, your puppies! <3 You need to post more pictures of them. *nod*

Your food looks so good. I could use some of that strawberry shortcake right about now!
I love Sarah Dessen, but Just Listen wasn’t one of my favourites. Lock and Key was better ;)

My favorite Sarah Dessen is Someone Like You, because I love the story of Halley and Macon, but Lock and Key is a very close second – Nate’s character hits very close to the heart in some respects, and I just love all the characters in Lock and Key. Just Listen is actually one of my least favorites by Dessen, but it’s still good :D

First things first: gasp! I’m actually commenting on your blog! :P
Anyway onto the real comment: omigods once day I must come visit you and you must take me to that pancake house. I bet it pwns the one I took you to over here xD Also, your Embodiment journal. Tell me all that small print on the cover is some hilarious nonsensical GOLD that you only ever find on stationery you got in Hong Kong :P

The notebook says, “Sometimes i have trouble expressing ing / Love is smiling on the inside and / You mean so much and I need you so your love gives me the greatest joy I’ll ever know” :P
