The movie... was okay, but it definitely would have been better if I didn't read the book beforehand. I had no idea Ewen Mcgregor was in it, though, so that was a pleasant surprise (he soon became one of my favourite characters in the movie), and Tom Hanks again rocked the part of Robert Langdon. :) I read this book a few years ago and thought it was outstanding. They changed so much from the book they made the villain boring and unexciting! You've hit the nail on the head there Manda! I think I stand by my previous comment over at VegOpt, it really is a film for those who haven't read the book and know how it should happen. The Ewen Mcgregor character is sooooo much better in the novel!! I think you may enjoy the novel if you've not read it already. Also I agree, the Swiss Guard rocked! That is exactly it!
