If I Were…

February 8th, 2010 | Categories: Life | 6 Comments

Inspired by Katy’s post.

If I were an animal, I’d be a panda.

If I were a shoe, I’d be high heeled ankle boots.

If I were a hairstyle, I’d be a pollyanna.

If I were a dessert, I’d be red velvet cupcake.

If I were a Disney character, I’d be the Queen of Hearts.

If I were a time of day, I’d be 11:11.

If I were a city, I’d be Hong Kong.

If I were a flower, I’d be daffodil.

If I were a food, I’d be pasta.

If I were a material, I’d be silk.

If I were a fruit, I’d be mandarin.

If I were a book, I’d be The Book Thief.

If I were a tree, I’d be cherry blossom.

If I were a month, I’d be May.

If I were a planet, I’d be Jupiter.

If I were a taste, I’d be bittersweet.

If I were an expression, I’d be a wink.

If I were a scent, I’d be clean laundry.

If I were a feeling, I’d be love.

    Nice! =)

    This is my favorite:
“If I were an expression, I’d be a wink.”

I feel like if I filled this out for you, I would have picked a lot of the same answers. :D Not to say you’re obvious or anything, just that the answers are very distinctly you.

I may have to nab this for a little later. :) It looks like fun.

What a sweet meme! I think I’m gonna steal it and fill it out too :D
I had no idea what a polyanna was so I had to google it XD I often wear my hair like that, it’s a nice hair style.

And thank you! ^__^ (regarding my layout and drawings)

This is just the philosopher and academic in me, but I must profess that Love is not a feeling. A more correct term might be adulation, passion, or desire. I mean, I know what you mean by saying you want to be the feeling of Love, but Love isn’t a feeling, though certainly it produces a sensation we partner with Love. But like I said, it is the academic in me speaking out, and I don’t mean to be pessimistic.

Otherwise, very cute post. I would eat you since I love pasta.

I still think love is a feeling. Feelings are what you, well, feel for other people – sadness, betrayal, happiness, love, etc. I am able to love, feel loved, and be loved – so to me, it’s a feeling :)
