It's pretty easy to get sucked into the "newest"of everything, especially since companies stop making new games in the old models (that's how I got sucked into buying a PS3). I sort of kind of regret it, because that's $200 that I could have used for other more awesome stuff, but I love SoulSilver so it's usually just a passing feeling of "Um, why did I do that?" It was funny because I never had any desire for one until one day I was sitting in Careers and I was like, "Yo, I want a DS. Right now." And I went to the mall and bought one. :P The only game I have is SoulSilver, and I love it. Other than that, can't recommend anything. :P I bought a DS on a whim just so I could play Pokemon.
