If I can do the Gangnam Style dance half as well as my mom is able to, I will die happy.
(The last thing I expected to happen when my brother started playing Gangnam Style was for my mom to bust out those moves. Needless to say, it’s going to be one of the highlights of my visit home – and I haven’t even been here two full days!)
Video or it didn’t happen.
She ran away as soon as my brother and I reached for the camera!
So I accompanied my mom to her 30-year college reunion, and while the slideshow/ceremony/superlatives were going on, somehow Gangnam Style came up and the emcee asked someone to do the dance….
And nobody did. A whole roomful of people and they could only get someone to do the pose that happens at the end of the video. No dance. I was so disappointed.
(I s’pose I could’ve gone up and demonstrated, but ohhhh well. :p)
I am sure at least ONE person could do the dance! Whether or not they wanted to is a different story
