Haha that’s such a funny spam comment! And I always wonder why spam (or annoying ads on websites that are along the same lines of said spam) never seems to target women. Surely for every man out there than wants his penis enlarged, there’s two women who want their boobs bigger or stomach flatter!
With the whole media depiction of the thin ideal and all that, I would assume that there are more girls insecure about their bodies than men!
